BBQ Playdate
Today was an exhausting day but a really fun day at the same time! Johnny and I went to a BBQ lunch playdate at my friend Konstance's house. My other friends Jenny, Kristen, and Kim were also there and all their children. There was a bounce house, sprinkler toys, water balloons, BBQ food, snow cones, cake, and lots of warm weather! Johnny had lots of fun playing with new toys, running through the sprinklers, and jumping in the jump house. We were there for four hours while the kids ran around wild having a blast, and it was nice to catch up with the other moms and have some wonderful adult conversation. It was a wonderful and fun afternoon and now Johnny and I are exhausted. It was good to get out and enjoy the warm weather though. John and I are relaxing and watching "The Blindside" for the first time, and loving it - so inspirational! :)

I have to say when I read your sidebar about how people lie about Denver I got a little scared. My hubby and I believe God is calling us to that area.
Well, Jess, I do have to say that Denver does have it's good parts too. Especially during the warmer seasons. I just prefer the northwest to Denver. And if you go outside of Denver to other areas, especially the mountains it gets a whole lot better! :) Don't be discouraged about it - especially if God is calling you! He knows what He is doing! :)

I am just now catching up on all of your playdate blogs! You guys have been pretty busy (= Looks like so much fun! YAY for playdates! I love the last picture of Johnny! too cute!
